    East Palestine - BOYS Camp Leader

    Duties & Responsibilities:
    ● Camp Leaders will work directly with the Camp Director and Manager to contribute their unique experience and expertise to lesson development.
    ● Leaders will lead and/or co-facilitate lessons alongside the director, manager, and fellow leaders.
    ● Leaders will participate in training and debriefing sessions.
    ● Leaders will act as positive role models and constant encouragers to campers​
    ​

    ​Job/Program Purpose: To enhance the self-esteem in enrolled BOYS participants as a method to prevent teen pregnancies. Works with: boys in 5th through 12th grad, young adults, and adult staff.
    Minimum level of Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED and 2 years working with youth.

    ● Role-Models will be assigned to a small group of boys to guide through arts & crafts, interactive lessons, and games
    ● Role-Models will help assist with ice-breaker activities and clean-up
    ● Role-Models will help with preparing materials, meals, and snacks
    ● Role-Models will participate in training and debriefing sessions
    ● Role-Models will act as positive influences and constant encouragers to campers

    ​Job/Program Purpose: To enhance the self-esteem in enrolled Nobel Brotherhood participants as a method to prevent teen pregnancies. Works with: boys in 5th through 12th grade, young adults, and adult staff
    ​Minimum level of Education: Some high school.
